Contract Administration is built upon establishing best process founded by our technical and procurement knowledge. It is the wide and varied experience of our people that makes Bradbrook so highly adept in this role.

Over 30 years in business there’s not much we haven’t seen. Between us we’ve worked on over 100 successful builds. From every type of hotel to schools, hospitals, residential, offices, mines and stadiums, there are few building formats we’ve not experienced.

We are familiar with many standard and bespoke forms of Contract. This skill set is critical to the role of a Contract Administrator who must act in a manner which is independent, impartial and fair.

We firmly believe good contract administration is a cornerstone of strong project management.
